DIRECTIONS TO FLETCHER BUILDING

The Office of Financial Regulation is located at 101 East Gaines
Street, Tallahassee, Florida, in the Fletcher Building. The Fletcher Building is located at the Southwest corner of the
intersection of South Monroe Street and Gaines Street.

Directions to Fletcher Building
(101 E. Gaines St.) from Airport
From airport turn right (east) on Capital Circle SW (Hwy.
319) and travel approximately 1.5 miles to the traffic light (Springhill
Road).
Turn left (north) at traffic light on Springhill Road (SR
373) and travel approximately 1.5 miles to the intersection of Orange Avenue.
Cross Orange Avenue [Springhill Rd. becomes Lake Bradford
Rd (SR 371)] and continue north for approximately 1.5 miles.
Stay in the far right lane when you get to a chain of fast
food establishments on your right (McDonalds, Whataburger, Popeyes, Church’s).
Just past the fast foods is a traffic light (Jackson Bluff Rd.). After the
light you will veer to the right on Gaines Street (you will see the stadium
just to your left).
Continue on Gaines for approximately 1 mile (6th traffic
light) [traffic light/intersections include Woodward, Railroad, Bronough,
Duval, Adams, Monroe] to the intersection of Gaines and Monroe Street
(Fletcher Building on your right). Turn right (south) on Monroe Street
and take the fourth right just past the Fletcher Building that leads to
the bottom deck of the parking garage.
Visitor parking is located on Level 1 (bottom deck) of Lot C.

E. Gaines St.) from I-10 West Bound
From I-10 take the Hwy 90 West exit (Mahan Drive/Tennessee
Street). Continue on Hwy 90 for approximately 7 miles to the intersection
of Hwy 27 (Monroe Street).
Traveling west on Hwy 90, the first intersection will be
capital circle (Hwy 319). Another 2.5 miles is the intersection with Magnolia.
When you cross Magnolia, Mahan changes to Tennessee Street. Continue west
for approximately 1 mile (intersections include Hillcrest, Franklin Blvd.,
Meridian, Gadsden, Calhoun, and Monroe). After the second red light, Franklin
Blvd., Leon High School will be on your right. Get in the left lane and
continue to the 4th red light (Monroe Street/Hwy 27).]
Turn left (south) on Hwy 27 (Monroe Street) and continue
for approximately 1/2 mile (Capitol building will be on the right). Get
in the right lane and proceed south (2nd light past the Capitol)
to the intersection of Hwy 27 (Monroe) and Gaines Street. You will see the
Fletcher Building across the intersection on the right.
Cross Gaines Street and take the fourth right just past
the Fletcher Building that leads to the bottom deck of the parking
garage.

E. Gaines St.) from I-10 East Bound
From I-10 take Exit 199 (Hwy 27 – Havana/Tallahassee). Continue
right on ramp to Hwy 27 South/Tallahassee (SR 63) and travel approximately
4 miles to the intersection of Hwy 27 (Monroe Street) and Gaines Street.
Traveling south on Hwy 27, the first intersection will be
John Knox Road (Tallahassee Mall and Walgreens will be on your left, Longhorn
Steakhouse and SuperLube on the right).
Another 2 miles will be the intersection of Hwy 27 (Monroe
Street) and Hwy 90 (Tennessee Street). [Capital City Bank
on your left]
Continue south on Hwy 27 (Monroe Street) for approximately
1/2 mile (Capitol building will be on the right). Get in the right lane
and proceed south (2nd light past the Capitol) to the intersection
of Hwy 27 (Monroe) and Gaines Street. You will see the Fletcher Building
across the intersection on the right.
Cross Gaines Street and take the fourth right just past
the Fletcher Building that leads to the bottom deck of the parking
garage.
